About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You should be self-driven, flexible, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, curious, able to see solutions where others see problems, and have an eye for details.

A Director of Sales & Business Development’s responsibilities include organizing and establishing a sales organization, leveraging knowledge of company and competitor software, managing and developing key accounts, and implementing digital visual signage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the strategic direction of our company and find your own way.
  • Identify and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance our brand presence.
  • Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Adapt our products and services to meet our clients and evolving market demands.
  • Explore and implement strategies to strengthen our presence in the renewable energy sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct analyses using cutting-edge Simulation X technology.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industries, preferably oil and gas, with experience in subsea systems.
  • Proven track record in technical sales and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with simulation applications.
